About Our Owner
Michael Bank is a Fourth degree black belt who has made enhancing his student’s agility, flexibility, stamina, reflexes and strength his life’s passion.  He found that such training has several beneficial side effects, including increased self-confidence, self-discipline, and mental focus. A graduate of USC, Michael has a degree in business, criminal justice and sports coaching.  He served his country for six years at McEntire Joint National Guard Station with the 169^th Security Forces Squadron and recently returned from overseas, having served in operation Iraqi freedom. He was recognized for his work as a martial arts instructor with the US Air Force.
